Scruffy is a mischievous dog that is Brum's friend, he is a dog who loves burying things. He first appeared in Brum and the Naughty Dog, he is often seen causing trouble around the Big Town by making his owner and Brum chase after him, he went after a hot dog which landed in a construction hole, then of course, he jumped into the hole which caused him to be stuck.
