This is where the citizens of the Big Town go to buy auctioned items for the purchase and sale of provisions, livestock, and other goods. It appears in Brum and the Kidnapped Garden Gnome where Nick and Rob attempt to sell Mr Brillo's prized gnome at hundreds of pounds. Shortly, the fraudsters were caught by Brum. They tried to make a run for it, but Brum stops them in their tracks by tipping over a bucket of golf balls and they fall onto the ground. Granny Slippers restrains them while a boy ties them up with a rope. Brum looks at their van, only to find that they've taken Mr Brillo's entire gnome collection. They get taken away in embarrassment while everyone comments "Arrest those robbers!"
