The Big Town Jail is the facility where baddies are held in custody when they are on trial and have not issued a confession, are awaiting sentencing, or are serving sentences of 1 year or less. As a result, the jail is likely a smaller facility than the prison with less security. However, jail life is liable to be similar to prison life because of the following elements. Baddies will have to have their mugshots taken, eat jail food instead of the nice gourmet food in the Big Town, they will have to wear baggy uniforms to signify their incarceration, will have to share showers and toilets in full view of each other and will have to either be locked up in cells or dormitories with bunk beds.

- Big Bad's Assistant: if arrested he is most likely in jail because he only stole batches of money as opposed to items or high value.
- Big Bad's Assistant's Girlfriend: if arrested she is most likely in jail because she only stole a batch of money as opposed to high valued items.
- Magic Paul: he will likely be in the jail because he was only an accessory and only helped steal purposes, wallets and bracelets. These items don't compare to things like trophies or jewels.
- Pickpocket Polly: she will be stuck in jail because she only steals relatively low value items even though she has appeared twice.
